REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration and payment of fees will be absolutely necessary for attending any of the Conference Events. The form must be accompanied by the payment in Euros (€). No registration will be considered until the payment is received.
In order to ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers request that you register using the online registration form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).

The EPE Scientific Committee will send you your paper code(s) shortly after your payment arrived. This code / These codes will allow the authors to upload their full paper, and allow all participants to download the full papers that will be presented at EPE 2009. This download option will be available shortly before the conference.

Further information
The latest date for pre-conference registration will be August 31, 2009. Any registration form received after this date will be processed on site at the Conference.
Extra Proceedings CD Rom and tickets
In the on line registration, it is possible to buy extra Proceedings CD Roms and Extra tickets for lunch.

Terms of Payments
By credit card (Visa, Master Card, Euro Card) or bank transfer. Please complete the corresponding section of the Registration Form.
Cancellation Policy:
Registered participants unable to attend the Conference may ask for refunds. Cancellations must be adressed in writing to the General Secretariat:

- A cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld if refund is requested in writing before July 1st, 2009; and 50% of the registration fees if before September 1st, 2009.
- No refunds will be accepted if requested after September 1st, 2009.
- All refunds will be done after the Conference.
- The registered person can however be replaced at all times. (In that case, please inform the General Secretariat as soon as possible).
Pending Amounts:
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Secretariat. In the event that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Conference account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.
Official Language
The official language of the Symposium is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Badges and Security
It is essential that you wear your personal badge at all times while in the Conference venue and during the Social Events, as it is the official entrance pass to the scientific sessions. For the Social Events, (lunches, gala dinner, visits), it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.
Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the General Secretariat and given to the registered participants on site.
Medical Assistance and Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Conference. Neither the Organization nor the General Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Conference.
