The exhibition will be organized together with the dialogue sessions in a shared place within the main hall so that the best possible interaction with the conference participants can be expected. Moreover the poster sessions and coffee breaks will be located in the same area.

Rates
The companies can rent modular booths or spaces of 6sqm, 12 sqm, 18 sqm or 24 sqm.

Option 1:
Each Surface 6 sqm2.500,00 € excluding VAT at 16%
  • Only carpet and electrical switchboard included
  • 2 Exhibitors passes (coffee-break and lunch included)
  • 2 Visitors tickets (exhibition visit only)
Option 2:
Each Modular booth of 6 sqm3.000,00 € excluding VAT at 16%

This option includes:
  • Carpet
  • Shell scheme
  • Fascia header board with company name (1 ink, company logo no included)
  • Lighting: Electrical switchboard and spotlight x 1
  • 1 standard round table
  • 2 standard chairs
  • 2 Exhibitors passes (coffee-break and lunch included)
  • 2 Visitors tickets (exhibition visit only)
Others:

Extra ticket for lunch per day: 80,00 € + 16% VAT
Extra visitors ticket (exhibition visit only), per day: 200,00 € + 16% VAT
Extra exhibitor pass (coffee-break and lunch included): 250,00 € + 16% VAT

An Exhibitors guide will be sent to all confirmed exhibitors with extra services and material not included in the standard package.

Payment for Sponsorship and Exhibition

Application
Please complete application form and return it to the Congress Secretariat as soon as possible, (Recommended date to benefit from a discount of 10 %: before December 15, 2008), or contact them by e-mail to discuss your requirements further.

Confirmation and Deposit
Every effort will be made to assign the requested space. However, the organisation does not guarantee that the booth requested will be available and/or assigned. Assignments will be made only after receipt of the contract form and the appropriate payment, (100% of total cost payable on application). Confirmation of your sponsorship and stand space will be mailed to you together with an accompanying invoice for the amount received.

Payment method:

  • By Cheque or Bankers draft in Euros (€) only, drawn on a Spanish bank, made payable to GRUPO PACIFICO – EPE 2009. Cheques or banker drafts in other currency will not be accepted.
  • By Bank transfer: Account number: BANCO DE SABADELL: 0081 5084 08 0001150225. IBAN: ES42 0081 5084 08 0001150225. SWIFT: BSABESBB. Bank fees must be paid by the company. All invoices should be paid prior to arrival at the exhibition; build up will NOT be allowed if a balance is outstanding.

VAT (TAX)
All companies are required to pay VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 16%.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the total amount paid will be charged as cancellation fees.

Insurance
Companies participating in the Congress are required to take out appropriate insurance.
